Customer survey 2015
As part of our continuous efforts to understand and improve customer experience we surveyed clients who used our service in 2015.
We were pleased that 89% of our customers rated the quality of our workmanship 'excellent', with the remainder considering it 'good'. We received an equally high score for knowledge and expertise. 78% of our customers
assessed our attention to detail, as well as attitude and professionalism as 'excellent'. A further 22% rated us 'good'
in both categories.
The overwhelming majority of our customers felt that their experience of our service was excellent, and that they would recommend us to anyone looking for landscaping and garden services.
Our customers felt that their landscaping project was worth what they paid for it (54%) - or that it was worth more than what they paid for it (46%).
